The challenge

For years, travel vaccinations were Health Klinix’s hero service. Then  who shall not be named (...COVID) hit. Lockdowns  halted travel, which meant demand dropped almost overnight.


For Dr Ravi Gowda, owner and lead physician, this was both a challenge and an opportunity, a reason to broaden the clinic’s focus and grow other services.


What became clear was that Health Klinix needed a stronger online presence and a way to showcase their wider range of services to reach new patients.


While the team had a solid understanding of SEO and PPC, they were understandably sceptical about investing in digital marketing services  without clear proof of return. Any paid activity needed to be accountable, with ad spend directly translating into qualified leads.
