The challenge
4PS is a global organisation with headquarters and teams spread across Europe. With a small internal marketing team and limited in-house digital expertise, there weren’t enough hours in the day to manage performance marketing, SEO, and reporting at the level required.
Historically, different agencies were used across European markets. While well-intentioned, this fragmented approach made it difficult to maintain consistency, share insight, or drive meaningful momentum.
4PS wanted to trial a UK-based digital partner who could bring clarity, consistency, and results, with the longer-term ambition of supporting the wider European business if the approach proved successful.


Our strategy
Our strategy focused on simplification, consistency, and performance.
We worked closely with the UK team to understand business priorities, audience needs, and the competitive construction software landscape. From there, we aligned SEO and PPC under a single, joined-up strategy. Ensuring both channels supported one another and delivered measurable results.
Just as importantly, we built a framework that could scale. One that delivered results in the UK first, while creating processes, insights, and learnings that could be shared across European markets over time.

Our execution
Our execution was hands-on and highly collaborative. We became an extension of the internal marketing team, managing day-to-day activity while providing strategic guidance and clear reporting.
On the SEO side, we focused on technical health improvements, keyword opportunities, landing page optimisation and authority building. Improvements to site health, content optimisation, and search visibility ensured 4PS could compete for high-intent, high-value terms.
For PPC, we restructured campaigns to improve efficiency and scale. Continuous testing, audience refinement, and bid optimisation allowed us to increase reach and conversions while significantly reducing cost per click and cost per lead.
As performance improved, the partnership grew. What began as UK support evolved into a long-term engagement, with ADA Digital now consulting across European teams to help unify digital performance.
