Our strategy

The challenge

Windmill Pet Supplies gave us the challenge of replatforming their website from WordPress to Wix. The objective was to create a site that performed well against Google’s 200+ ranking factors and offered a great user experience for visitors. We also focused on setting up and launching Google Ads and Shopping to drive visibility and increase visitor traffic, leading to more conversions.

The solution

We started the project by researching the brand and producing a roadmap with our recommendations, from sharing front-end design concepts to suit the brand's look and feel, to confirming page structure and features. We also created a tailored paid marketing strategy, focusing on target keywords and search rules, along with submitting ad budgets and integrating conversion tracking to monitor conversions.

The results

Windmill Pet Supplies has seen huge improvements online in performance over the last year. Traffic to the site has jumped by +20% compared to the previous year and Conversion rate has improved by +8%, resulting in a +32% jump in transactions and +22% more revenue in 12 months.
