With an experience of over 18 years, I have helped multiple businesses transform their market presence, helping them reposition their product and services.
Specialising in marketing analysis and retail research, I pioneered the digital transformation of Walls & Floors.co.uk, becoming one of the leading tile specialists online, and the largest independent tile retailer in the UK. I now run my own digital marketing consultancy, Ada Digital Marketing.
I drove the digital proposition at Walls & Floors for over 10 years, joining as a Computer Science university graduate in 2009, I proceeded to lead the business through an online transformation taking revenue to exceeding targets of £32m in 2019.
Responsible for all digital channels, strategic implementation of digital marketing campaigns and web development across all online platforms and websites; including retail B2C, B2B and marketplaces, as Ecommerce Director.
I have been a Google Certified Partner for over 5 years, specialising in PPC Ads (paid media) and presented on stage at various Google Events regarding business growth and digital transformations. I claimed The Tile Association (TTA) Best Ecommerce website Award, and featured as one of the Internet Retailing (IRUK) Top500 leading UK Ecommerce and multichannel retailers.
Working closely with board directors, senior internal stakeholders and external agencies, I worked to define and deliver the overarching digital strategy; from business-wide campaigns, product launches, online merchandising and data-driven promotional activity, to continuous on-site optimisation and business growth development, with profitable sales and brand awareness at the heart.
With in-depth knowledge of retail client-side ways of working, I have expertise in leading teams, analysing consumer behaviour, identifying rising trends, conversion rate optimisation, web development, deploying digital marketing campaigns and innovative creative strategies to produce industry leading websites.
